The staff speak English very well. They were very kindly to help us with all pour questions. The breakfast was delicious and complete: muesli, juice, cheese, eggs, pastries, bread, milk, yoghurts. The room was cleaned every day. The bathroom had a full set of accessories: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer. The room was well soundproofed. The hotel has 3 elevators. The hotel is located in the center, with convenient access to all attractions. The metro was nearby. There are many good cafes and restaurants around.

We stayed as a couple at the hotel for 4 nights in December, the staff was great and always helped with any issue with a smile. The hotel is decorated in a modern style, the room was spacious, very clean and the bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable and luxurious. Coffee machine available in the lobby for free. Most of the hotel's windows face the office building opposite and the curtain can be pulled back for privacy. The hotel is in a quiet side street, a few seconds walk from the center of gran via street and Callao metro station.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable and the location was good. My sister and I did a trip to Spain and mostly walked, and most major attractions were easily walkable. Overall good price for the comfort and location.

The stay was just perfect and for personal reasons unforgettable. We spent here 3 nights. I chose this hotel mainly because of the central location and the nice view from the rooftop from which I asked my girlfriend if she wants to marry me (she said yes :-) ). From the moment I included the staff about my plan they made everything possible. Better room with big terrace for a special price, best place for the sunset at the rooftop bar and champagne for free as she said yes :-) Special thanks to Rosio who was very kind and managed everything for us :-) We will never forget that place and will come back :-)

Great location and great staff, always trying to help. I didn't ask for the breakfast option so I won't comment on it, but I did use the free services for coffee and water, which are always available. In my particular case, the only point that was less favorable mention was the absence of a business center to have meetings and calls with the work team or clients. But if you are traveling for pleasure, it will satisfy all your needs.

Great location! Room was beyond comfy! Staff was so helpful, booked us a taxi for airport, gave us helpful places to check out, and checked us in early!

Staff at check in and check out were amazing, thank you. Room was fine but did not have quite as many amenities as I remembered in Abu Dhabi Aloft

Location !! Right in the center of the gran Via Very nice vibe. Good shopping & restaurants near by. Nice clean spacious room.
